Since all jewelry is handmade and most rings are made to size, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted.

Please ensure you select the correct ring size before placing your order. 

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the problem.
